* Upload your video on YouTube stating that it is a short that participates in the “1st Short Film Festival 2013 Bollywood ISHQ Festival Bratislava”. You have 5 minutes!
* The registration period begins on August 1 , 2013. Send your information to bifbratislava@gmail.com
* The videos will be posted on our facebook page BOLLYWOOD ISHQ FESTIVAL BRATISLAVA on September 29 and is open when the voting period until the day October 15, 2013.
BASES
SHORT FILM COMPETITION RULES
– Participants
1 st.-Open to all fans of Indian cinema and dance regardless of nationality or country of residence.
Participants must be of age.
2nd. – Participants indicated their personal data at the time of registration of the short, sending an email to bifbratislava@gmail.com
3 º. – Once you know who is the winner, the winners will be required accreditation of all information provided in the entry to the contest, the awards becoming effective after verification of the data.
– Requirements for short
4th. – The films can be recorded with the camera of a mobile phone, digital camera, or video camera and can be then edited with external programs.
5 º. – The shorts must be original, with a maximum duration of 5 minutes including credits, and recorded in the highest resolution and quality possible, with a maximum size of 2GB. Participants will increase their video on YouTube stating that it is a short that participates in the “1st Short Film Festival 2013 Bollywood ISHQ Festival Bratislava “.
6th. – Each contestant may submit up to 3 short, in any language.
7 – Topic: Free. But that is related to Bollywood cinema.
8 – In the case of using music this must be in some bollywood movie.
9th. – The competition organizers reserve the right to exclude all those works whose contents are offensive to third parties, violent, sexist or racist.
10 °. – The authors of the short yield to contest the rights of reproduction, communication and public distribution there of, which shall be exercised while recognizing their copyright.
11 º. – The deadline for registration is September 29, 2013. You need to fill out an application for each work is presented. Registration will take place through the following email bifbratislva@gmail.com data indicating participants, video title, synopsis and link Youtube. The film will be uploaded to YouTube with the title “1st Short Film Festival 2013 Bollywood ISHQ Festival Bratislava”.
– Awards
12 º. – The following prizes are:
1st Best Short (vote of the jury): 100€ and bollywood suprise gift
2nd best short (popular vote on Facebook): 50€ and bollywood surprise gift
13 º. – The award for best short will decide the public through a ballot through the facebook page of Bollywood ISHQ Festival Bratislava, which hung all videos participants and select the winner based on the number of “likes” you have. The videos will be posted on September 29th and is open when the voting period until the day October 15, 2013. The award for best original idea will be decided by jury members of Bollywood ISHQ Festival Bratislva and visual communication specialists ..
14 º. – The prizes can not be awarded if the jury so decides. The jury’s decision is final.
– Development of competition
15 º. – The Organization select from among the entries received, those that are eligible to participate in the contest according to criteria of quality, technical and compliance of the bases.
16 º. – The selected works will be disseminated through YouTube, blog and facebook page Bollywood Sitare establishing a voting system to determine the Prizes (as many “likes” on Facebook will win).
17 º. – The winners will be posted on the Facebook page of Bollywood ISHQ Festival Bratislava.
18 º. – The Organization reserves the right to modify these rules as necessary. Also, do not be held responsible for bad or no reception of materials.
19 º. – Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of its bases.
